OmniScrypt Studio is a software development business operating under an assumed business name registered in the State of Idaho. It designs and publishes consumer applications, currently Akashic Compass, BloodlineAI, and PillTally (in development), with additional applications planned. This Disclosure applies to the website at omniscryptstudio.com (the “Website”) and to statements OmniScrypt Studio makes about itself and its applications on it.

OmniScrypt Studio is a software developer. It is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, pharmacy, laboratory, genetic-counseling service, mental-health provider, law firm, immigration adviser, insurance broker, accounting firm, or registered investment adviser, and it is not licensed in any of those fields. Nothing on the Website — and nothing produced by any application, whatever it may appear to say — should be relied on as professional advice or used as a substitute for consulting a qualified, licensed professional about your particular situation.

No OmniScrypt Studio application is a medical device. None has been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority. No OmniScrypt Studio application diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any disease or condition, and none assesses your risk of developing any disease or condition. Our applications are general wellness, organizational, research, and educational tools.

In particular, and without limiting the Disclosure that accompanies each application:

• BloodlineAI is a genealogy and family-history research tool. It does not perform laboratory testing, is not CLIA-certified or CAP-accredited, is not a clinical or diagnostic genetic test, and is not a genetic-counseling service. Any reference to a gene, variant, marker, or trait is an educational reference point, not a personal medical finding. Relationship and ancestry estimates are probabilistic and are not legal proof of parentage, identity, citizenship, inheritance, or eligibility for any benefit.
• Akashic Compass is a guidance, reflection, and personal-tracking tool intended for self-reflection, personal insight, and entertainment. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological assessment, or mental-health treatment, and it does not replace care from a licensed mental-health professional.
• PillTally, when released, is intended to help you organize and keep track of medications you have already been prescribed or chosen to take. It is not a substitute for the instructions of your prescriber or pharmacist, does not verify prescriptions, does not check drug interactions as a clinical decision-support tool, and must never be relied on as the sole means of ensuring a dose is taken, skipped, or timed correctly. DO NOT START, STOP, SKIP, OR CHANGE THE DOSE OR TIMING OF ANY MEDICATION BASED ON ANYTHING AN APPLICATION SHOWS YOU. Always follow the directions of your prescriber and the label on your medication.

This page is a studio-level statement. It is deliberately general, and it is not a substitute for the Disclosure that accompanies each application. Each application's own Disclosure describes, in specific terms, what that product does, what its outputs mean, what its limits are, and what risks come with using it — and that document, not this one, is the one that governs your use of it.
