Using one of our apps?
If your message is about a specific app — a bug, your account, billing, or a privacy request — the quickest route is the contact form inside that app.
It arrives with the details we need to actually help: your app version, your device, and the account it relates to. Starting there usually saves you a round of back-and-forth, and privacy requests carry legal deadlines we can only meet when they reach the right team the first time.
One thing worth saying up front: we’re not able to accept unsolicited ideas, concepts, or proposals. Section 8 of our Terms of Use explains what happens to material sent to us anyway.
What this form is for
This form reaches the studio, not any individual app. It’s the right place for general questions about OmniScrypt Studio — who we are, what we’re building, press enquiries, or anything that isn’t tied to one app. Questions about an account, a subscription, or a privacy right are better served by that app’s own contact form. Please also keep anything sensitive or confidential out of this form entirely.
1Where to reach us
-
General & support
Use the message form below — it goes straight to the studio inbox.
-
Legal & privacy
Use the form below and start your message with “Legal” so it gets routed correctly. A privacy request about a specific app is better sent from inside that app, where we can tie it to your account straight away.

2Send a message
Please don’t send sensitive information. This form and ordinary email are not encrypted end-to-end and are not a confidential channel. Leave out health, genetic, financial-account, and government-identifier details, and anything you expect us to hold in confidence.
Your message didn’t go through
Nothing you typed was lost — correct the field below and send it again.
3What to expect
We read everything that arrives, and we answer what we can. We can’t promise a reply to every message, and sending one doesn’t create any client, confidential, or business relationship — see Section 7 of our Terms of Use.
Privacy-rights requests are different: those we acknowledge promptly and answer within 45 days, as described in Section 12 of our Privacy Policy. Send those through the form above with “Privacy Request” as the first line of your message, or use the contact address published in our Privacy Policy.
OmniScrypt Studio develops its own applications and does not take on development, design, or consulting work for outside clients. This page isn’t a job posting or an invitation to tender.
